PACI・COM’s History

  • July 1999

    PACI・COM Inc. was established as a full-service real estate company with its services of leasing, sales, consulting, and property management etc.

    Also entrusted real estate management and started property management of 39 buildings

  • June 2000

    Started operation of monthly residence (furnished service apartment for foreigners)

  • August 2001

    Planned and operated Minato-ku Azabu-Juban 2-chome "Bien Placer Azabu" (Designer's apartment for women)

  • May 2003

    Purchased Minato-ku Motoazabu 3-chome "Abest Court"

  • March 2004

    Purchased Minato-ku Roppongi 5-chome "Toriizaka Annex"

  • March 2005

    Purchased 8 buildings due to the conclusion of the operation management contract for real estate management

  • 2006

    Purchased Azabu-Juban 2-chome “Spica Legient”

    Renovated "Toriizaka Annex" and changed its use to shops and offices

    Accepted planning and building management supervision work of Azabu-Juban 2-chome hotel business

    "Hotel The Glanz" opened and started operation

  • January 2012

    Started construction of full renovation work at Minato-ku Azabu-Juban 3 chome "Abest Heights"

    Started operation of “Applause Azabu” (formerly Abest Heights)

    Opened the rental office “Azabu Hillside”

    Purchased Azabu-Juban 1-chome “Fukamoto Building”
